Junior Learn to Row

Discover rowing on historic Boathouse Row this summer with Penn AC Juniors. Designed for athletes ages 12-16 with little or no rowing experience, our Learn-to-Row program introduces participants to the fundamentals of rowing, teamwork, water safety, and athletic development in a fun and supportive environment.

Program Details (summer 2026)
• Ages: Grades 12-16
• Experience Level: No experience necessary
• Cost: $350 per session (this is the cost of current LTR classes)
• Facilities Fee (paid one time per calendar year and helps to support the purchase and maintenance of equipment - $50 for LTR classes, $150 - $200 for Development / Competitive Programs
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Session Length: 5 days
• Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• Evening Session: 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM
• Each class capped at 8 rowers (2 4x’s, 2 coaches), or we cap them at 4 rowers (1 4x, 1 coach), or we cap them at 6 (2 4xs, 2 coaches, 2 experience box people we pay)
